This page explains how Noor users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:

Open the Noor app
Go to your profile or account settings
Use the available account deletion option, if shown in the app
Or contact us by email to request manual account deletion

Email Request

If you would like us to delete your account manually, please send your request to:
nextdaymobilestudio@gmail.com

To help us process your request faster, please include the email address or account identifier associated with your Noor account.

What Data May Be Deleted

Your account and profile-related information
Your personal settings and preferences linked to your account
Your notes or user-generated content associated with your account
Your salawat participation data, rooms, or related account-based content, where applicable

What Data May Be Retained

Certain limited data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate operational purposes. Anonymous or aggregated technical data may also be retained.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. In most cases, requests are processed within 7 business days.

Important: Deleting your account may permanently remove access to account-based features and related data. This action may not be reversible.
