These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Noor mobile application and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Noor, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Noor provides features related to daily Islamic lifestyle support, including prayer times, countdown to the next prayer, verse and dua cards, note sharing, salawat tracking, salawat rooms, Qibla direction, nearby mosques, zakat calculation, religious day information, notifications, and alarms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Noor only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. You must not:

• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
• Abuse community or shared features such as rooms, notes, or user interactions
• Upload, share, or create unlawful, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Paid Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Noor may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellations are managed through the relevant platform provider, including Apple App Store and Google Play.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the platform through which the purchase is made.

6. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that Noor will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate in every situation.

7. Informational Purpose

Noor is intended as a supportive informational and utility application. Users remain responsible for their own personal, religious, financial, and practical decisions, including prayer timing use, qibla direction use, zakat calculations, and reminder settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, design, text, graphics, and related content are owned by or licensed to Noor unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit app content without permission, except where allowed by law.

9. User-Generated Content

If you create or share notes, room content, or other user-generated content through Noor, you remain responsible for that content. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if content violates these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Noor if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in conduct that may harm the app, its services, or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Noor after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
